Merry Christmas, from the undead

C. bought me The Proper Care and Feeding of Zombies: A Completely Scientific Guide to the Lives of the Undead by Mac Montandon.  The funniest part is that the subtitle seems to be mostly accurate; flipping through the pages, I saw discussions of anthrax, Spanish influenza, H1N1, Phineas Gage, neurobiology, et cetera, et cetera.

Here’s a pretty typical quote, from the first chapter:  “Clearly zombies have a thing for piping hot hypothalamus served just so with a side of corpus callosum.”

And with that, I bid you Merry Christmas.
